    Mandatory for applicants from India, China, Vietnam, and Mongolia. It verifies academic documents and is required for the German student visa process.
  • Blocked Account Confirmation
    Students must show proof of financial means by opening a blocked account in Germany, covering one year of living expenses. This confirmation is essential for visa approval.
  • Tuition Fee Payment
    Tuition fees must be paid within 15 days of signing the student contract to confirm enrollment and proceed with admission formalities. For more information, please visit: Visa requirements.
  • Refund Policy

    Students may withdraw from the study contract within 14 days of submission; the registration fee is non-refundable, but the tuition deposit of €2,500 will be refunded.
  • After 14 days, both the registration fee and the €2,500 tuition deposit become non-refundable.
  • In case of visa refusal, students must notify the university within 7 business days through the CRM system and provide a valid visa refusal letter.
  • Upon visa refusal, the tuition deposit and any tuition fees paid will be refunded, minus a €250 administrative fee.
  • If the visa is approved and the student still withdraws, no refund will be issued.

    Deferral Policy

    Students may request a deferral to the next intake, subject to university approval.
  • Deferral requests should be submitted to the admissions team with appropriate documentation or reasons.
  • Students are advised to submit deferral requests within 14 days of the program start date.
  • Late deferral requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
