The Master’s program in Organizational Psychology*
The Master’s in Organizational Psychology equips students with both scientific expertise and practical skills to understand, shape, and guide psychological processes in organizations. The curriculum combines topics such as psychological assessment, organizational behavior, leadership development, corporate health management, and systemic coaching with advanced research methods and hands-on projects. Graduates develop the ability to analyze organizational change scientifically and to translate knowledge into effective practice.

The program is tailored for graduates with a background in psychology, applied psychology, or related disciplines who want to deepen their knowledge and specialize at the interface of people and organizations. Applicants need a recognized undergraduate degree (minimum 180 ECTS credits). International applicants may alternatively provide supporting documents such as a motivation letter, CV, and proof of relevant experience.
Students with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees are equally eligible for admission to the Organizational Psychology program. Students with a B.Sc. or B.A. in the following subjects are eligible for admission to the Master's program in Organizational Psychology: Psychology, Applied Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Educational Sciences/Pedagogy, Social Work, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration/Management, HRM, or Leadership, Human Resources/Personnel Management, or Neuroscience/Cognitive Science.

We offer simplified tuition rates and attractive scholarships for students starting the Digital Health master’s program in April 2026. Scholarships are automatically applied based on the chosen payment plan and remain valid for the entire program duration.

Regular Program Costs
The standard tuition rate amounts to €5,688 per semester, or €11,376 per academic year, prior to the application of any scholarships.
A one-time admission fee of €250 is charged upon enrollment, along with a one-time examination fee of €690.
Students can benefit from a range of funding options, including state and private scholarships, education funds, or employer sponsorships. IB Hochschule also provides guidance to help applicants identify the best financing and scholarship opportunities for their individual situation.
